Many Great Harbors homeowners offer their properties for weekly or seasonal rentals, providing guests the opportunity to enjoy our vibrant, amenity-rich community during their stay.
🌟 Access to Community Amenities
Renters can enhance their vacation experience by purchasing a temporary membership that grants access to Great Harbors’ private facilities, including:
- Largest swimming pool in Falmouth
- Toddler pool
- 2 Tennis
- 1 Pickleball court
- Basketball court
- Playground
- Ballfield
- Recreational clubhouse
- Concerts at the pool
- Kids and adult activities
Please note:
- All renters must pay in full prior to using any facilities.
- Children aged 3 and under do not require a pass.
- All renters are required to read and adhere to all Association and facility rules at all times.
- Employees, lifeguards and boardmembers can revoke a renters pass at anytime for violation of the rules.
- NO REFUNDS – we live in New England and can not guarantee the weather
- Pass must be purchased a minimum of 48 hours in advance, same day passes are not guaranteed
💳 Membership Rates
- Weekly Pass: $350 for the first four renters/occupants; $55 for each additional person.
- Seasonal Pass: $1,500 for the first four renters/occupants; $75 for each additional person.
These passes are optional but highly recommended for those wishing to take full advantage of Great Harbors’ amenities.
