Pool Rules
Safety is our ultimate goal!
As a community it is our responsibility to ensure that all members of the Great Harbors Residence Association, their family members, friends, guests and renters are safe, and uphold the rules, and laws as represented by State and Federal regulations. Such rules help to maintain efficiency of the pool’s filters and drain systems. As a community we must work together to ensure our facilities are being used properly.
Homeowners are responsible for the behaviors, actions and language used by their family members, friends, guests and renters. Failure to adhere to these rules could result in a loss of pool privileges, pool passes, and/or pool membership as determined by the lifeguards, pool manager and/or GH Board of Directors.
Please review these rules with ALL family members, friends, guests and renters.
Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing rules and responding to emergencies; therefore, it is their duty to uphold the rules and regulations set by State and Federal Laws and the GH Board of Directors.
